We manufacture conical sieves (also called start-up sieves or hat sieves) in sizes DN20 to DN500 at short notice according to individual requirements.
Flanges up to 2mm thick for all pressure levels we finished in-house.
The design depends on the flow and pressure, the filter area on the length.
For special installation situations, we manufacture double-cone sieves, where the entire filter area can be achieved with half the length.
Special designs are also no problem.
We need the following information:

- Single layer (perforated sheet or mesh)
- Double layer (perforated sheet + filtermesh or supportmesh + filtermesh)
