In filter construction, a support made of perforated sheet metal is used to support filtermesh where higher demands are placed on them.
This can be used as an inner or outer support and/or as a backwash support.
We have the following perforated sheets in various materials in stock: 1.4301, 1.4401, 1.4404 and 1.4571

We usually produce flanges, covers and connections ourselves in our workshop.
Also we can draw on a large stock of flat material, round steel and pipes to.
Our entire warehousing is documented and, where available, provided with acceptance test certificates in accordance with EN 10204/3.1.
All incoming raw materials are measured in-house and tested using X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy.
We would be happy to create separate test reports for the individual components of your items, so that even hidden elements later have their own report.
